AlphaUserPoints integrate with JU Download

- Category of JU Download can be integrated with AlphaUserPoints, so when user will be deduct X point when download one document in this category.
- Document of JU Download can be integrated with AlphaUserPoints, so when user will be deduct X point when download this document.

- The deducted point can be config in each invidual document, category.

- If the point is not set in a document, or category, it will be inherit from parent category.

- User can receive point when they upload document, view document.

- Document owner can receive point when an other register user view their document.
