You can add css to any css file that load to your template, some thing like this:
.art-nav {
top: 217px;
}

For the details, let's ask your template provider as this is template custom and it's out of scope of JU Sticky Panel support

I dont want to add direct to that class as I thought you had to add it to the DETACHED class tag?? - I only want to add 217pixels to the top of a second element on the page using JU Sticky, not to the top element. the DETACHED class only shows up once you scroll so that detached class isnt anywhere on any style sheets?

as you can see on my web page : http://www.fznsolutions.co.uk/

the TOP header is FIXED but the NAVIGATION should also be fixed but disappears behind the header?

I CAN get it all to work perfectly when I open FIREBUG and temporarily add 217 pixels to the second NAVIGATION element - I just cant seem to add it permanently?

I dont have a template provider as its my own custom template.

Try this:
.art-nav.detached {
top: 217px;
}

Or edit top padding in the plugin config.

Tried that, added it to the template.css in my template of Joomla (2.5) and it doesnt work :( - it still disappears behind the first element

Its crazy as when I select that object in firebug (the CSS only appears when you DETACH the object) and add 217 pixels to it, it works well but isnt permanent....

all I see is the detached CSS appear and disappear when you re-attach the element?

So annoying as its NEARLY there! :(

MAYBE there is some code I can put in the box in the plugin that says ONDETACHED? - What is that box for and what code do you use within it?
