I am working on a Joomla site locally and am unable to get JU Sticky Panel to work.

I have a <div class="sticky">

The plug-in is enabled, the selector is set to .sticky

but nothing is working,

can you please help me?

You can use firebug to inspect the element, to make sure it's class is sticky and you set .sticky in the plugin.
If everything is fine, the plugin should work, or when your site have online url, let's post it here, i'll check it closer.

After installing one more plugin "JQuery Easy" (and enable), my menu really become sticky with JU Sticky Panel!!!!
