I just read the other post which says toc navigation is "jumping", I think probably he encountered the same problem as I did.

The TOC navigation is supposed to be "detached" when users scroll down enough. The problem is, when users scroll down to a certain level, the TOC div is getting "detached" class, which renders it to be sticky, but if users keep scrolling down, the "detached" class is removed, so the navigation DIV goes back to its original place and when users scrolling down more, the div gets "detached" class again and be sticky, again. If you scroll real fast, then it does look like "jumping".

I'll try to change the plugin code to fix the issue, because i can not replicate this issue in my testing evironment.
